RULE 5 : CONDUCT OF MEMBERS (BOTH FAMILY & GUESTS)

a) Members, Family Members and invited Guests of the Club SHALL AT ALL TIMES conduct themselves in an orderly and proper manner. Any Guest failing to do so shall be asked to leave the Club Premises immediately and the Member/Members responsible will be liable to CENSURE by the Board of Directors. Any Member who MISCONDUCTS themselves or ABUSES the amenities of the Club IN ANY FORMAT shall be ORDERED TO APPEAR in front of the Board of Directors. The Directors HAVE THE RIGHT to EXPEL or SEVERELY REPRIMAND any such Member in breach of this important rule with evidence of ANY UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT.

THERE IS NO APPEAL AGAINST THIS DECISION, WHICH WILL BE REACHED BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
NB: Any Member expelled in this way CANNOT apply for Membership again.

b) Members are asked to consider the Local Neighbourhood Residents when leaving the Club, especially at night.

c) The Club EXPECTS Members & Guests to dress in a SMART, CASUAL MANNER.

d) The wearing of BASEBALL CAPS indoors IS NOT PERMITTED. However, the wearing of prescribed HEADWEAR for any Medical condition / requirement or Religious belief would be acceptable.

e) The smoking of E-Cigarettes on Premises indoors is NOT PERMITTED only in the Smoking Shelters provided in the Car Park at the rear of the Building.

THE CLUB ENFORCES AN ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS ANY FORM OF DRUG / DRUG MIS-USE ON ITS PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

RULE 10 : GRIEVANCES

a) Any major grievances or suggestions MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, to be considered at the next Board Meeting.
Any MINOR GREIVANCE / SUGGESTION made, should be done with RESPECT.
